Pom-Pom Birds

As a child, did you ever dabble with wool? If so, you may have learned how to make a simple pom-pom. Most of us only challenged a colour choice, never the shape or what a pom-pom could be - become.
This is just as much a fun technique for adults as it is children. Imagine though, if you are blessed to have your own little person - if you learned to make even one of these together - surely they would never forget that memory?
It is a great natural teaching method too, as all the birds (eighteen in total) are all “real” bird varieties. I personally loved the ‘Loving Blackbird couple’ - you will all have your “dear” bird - why not start with that one, to give you the enthusiastic kick you need to begin?
